France, Year of the Dog,

 LaPost released a design to celebrate Year of the Dog 2018. But as they said that only one 12-year-circle should be issued and the last one of that serie was out in 2016, this time the stamp was out in a collector collection. A sheet with four stamps released and of course the price  is not the face value of stamps. 

I do not understand the story on the stamp, a dog flyes to the moon? I know the rabbit flyes to the moon but this is the first time I see the dog in place of rabbit.
