Cover#038 Aland, Year of the Goat issue



Today I got my first mail from Aland. A cover with full stampset Year of the Goat. This is the first time Aland released Lunar new year stamp. A MS containing 2 stampsets released as the result of co - operation between Aland post and Postage stamp printing bureau of China Post was issued on 5 Nov in both Aland and China.
