This one is gift from my friend living in France. He gave me a 12 lunar sign booklet.
This booklet designed by Li Zhongyao, was issued in 2017, year of the Rooster.
About the lunar new year stamp of LaPoste, they released a serie from 2005 (Year of the Rooster) to 2016 (Year of the Monkey), a circle of 12 animal signs. All of them was designed by Li Zhongyao, a chinese artist. LaPoste said once that lunar new year serie would be released in one 12-year-circle, and the artist Li had contract with LaPoste for ten year. Actually, Mr Li designed for that serie up to 12 years. And it seems that there are still a lot of clients waiting for lunar year stamp from LaPoste so they continued with this one.
For 2018, year of the Dog, there is no sign from LaPoste for their clients till now.
This FDC was used the Horse sign from the booklet with the first day postmark. I was born in year of the Horse and the sender still remember it.

Merci bien de te souvenir que j'adore tous ce qui concernent à mon zodiac lunair, le cheval. Mille fois merci de m'offrir ce carnet. Ca fait assez longtemps que j'ai rien de noef dans ma collection de timbre francais.
Il y a quelque jours, en arrangeant ma boite de lettre, j'ai trouvé la carte postale de Yersin que tu m'a envoyé comme un cadeau pendant mon hébergement en France. Tu m'as dit que si j'avais la chance pour visiter Paris, tu m'aurais invité un bol de Phở parisien. Oui j'ai la chance pour y aller pour passer mes vacances avec mes amis mais un rencontre avec toi, on a eu pas de chance. J'espère qu'un jour, ca sera possible. N'oublier pas tes paroles mon uncle.
Bonne année à toi pour l'année du chien. Avec tout mon coeur.
