Argentina - Year of the Buffle

This is the first time I received mail from Argentina. The mail arrived faster than I thought. I once got mail from Chili after six months of travel.

Argentina post release Buffle issue in 2022 when the Buffle year has finished already. I dont know their reason, maybe there were some tentative issue by Corona virus. However, I am happy that they celebrate Lunar new year by a very nice stampset.
